Three weeks to go...

Tomorrow is also a holiday, Buddha's birthday, I think. So, today is sort of a weird day because the normal Tuesday stuff happens but we missed seeing the doctor, going to our bags, and church, yesterday. As a result, we won't be able to do that stuff until Thursday. Church is on Wednesday, but since it's a holiday there will be no church service this week until next Monday. Not that it really bothers me much...

We do get to purchase junk food, if we so desire (I just got pens and another phone card), and there's an exercise/gossip session in the afternoon. Other than that, just another day of killing time. Drawing reading writing and complaining about the other detainees...

If you haven't noticed, I never complain about the other seven Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Filipino, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh or Russian kid, so I'm not totally racist. It's just the ajjoshiis and it's because they're assholes, not because they're Chinese or Korean (depending what country they're in-- poor buggers. If they're in China, they're Korean and if they're in Korea, they're Chinese).

All of the Chinese, especially the one who yells,  have taken it upon themselves to bully the Russian kid. Maybe he sees it as being a part of the pack, but to me it just seems cruel and unnecessarily and a little more than harmless ribbing. Some of it is quite physical and if anybody hit me like that I'd knock his teeth out... Of course, that's how I got this mess in the first place... Besides if it got too bad, I'm sure one of the other detainees would say something, so there's no need for me to get involved...

Three weeks. I just have to keep my nose out of it for three weeks.
